Mar, 2010

An Irish technology security company has collapsed with the loss of 15 jobs and debts of almost €2m.Formed in 2004, Systemhouse Technologies is part of the Top Security Group, which bought it in a €7m deal that year. Top Security is owned by former Leinster rugby player Emmet O’Rafferty who told The Sunday Business Post that Systemhouse was a separate company, despite it trading as part of the company’s IT security division, Topsec.

“Systemhouse was merely allowed to use the name under licence and that ceased when it went into liquidation. Topsec is a healthy business with lots of customers,” O’Rafferty said.
